Our Chefs

Head Chef Brian Ricciardi along with his super crew, create ready to eat entree and side dishes for you to take home! They also will cater your next party, or have a picnic ready to take to the beach or on the boat. All ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality in keeping with the Miles' ideals.
